Our Service Department handles Virginia state inspections and all levels of service and maintenance from oil changes to full rebuilds.
The Service Department's goal at Manassas Honda Kawasaki Suzuki is to provide you with the best quality maintenance and customer support available for your ATV, motorcycle/scooter or UTV. To maintain this level of commitment, we offer several benefits that help you keep your motorcycle at peak performance and save money as well. If you purchased your new unit from us, you will receive 20% off labor. All units purchased from us will receive free state inspections for as long as you own the motorcycle.
Our factory trained and experienced technicians keep on top of modifications and factory developments from Honda®, Honda® Power Equipment, Kawasaki or Suzuki, and use genuine original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts to keep your unit running at peak performance.

Your vehicles manufacturer requires a first break-in service to be performed as per the owner's manual. We at Manassas Honda Kawasaki Suzuki offer this service at a discount if the unit was purchased here. Break-in services are given priority scheduling. Make your appointment today!

Full Engine Rebuild
A full engine rebuild enhances your machine's performance. We disassemble the engine down to the bare block and rebuild it with all new components. A full rebuild includes new parts, such as gaskets, oil pumps, timing chains, gears, and belts. You'll get remachined valves, valve seats, and crankshafts, as well as a new air filter, fuel filter, spark plugs, water pump, and all the power of a rebuilt engine.

Valve Adjustment
If your machine is performing poorly, starts hard, backfires, or has a noisy valve train, it may be time for a valve adjustment.
