I was scouring the local Kawasaki dealerships looking for a 2019 Z400. I usually deal with Coleman Powersports because they are closer, but they weren't getting any shipped to them from the factory. I'm glad I called Manassas Honda/Kawi. My first visit there was to buy the bike. They were very honest and worked with me to get a good deal. Service Has Been Great, I have brought my Ninja 250 here for maintenance and to get lowered before, and the service has been great. They have been honest, and have been very customer-oriented. The owner has been very friendly too, and I've always enjoyed talking to him. Also, there's a female employee there who, when I first started riding, took the time to alleviate my fears of being a short female rider--which was so kind of her. Overall, I would recommend this place to other riders.My boyfriend bought his KLR 650 here and they were really great too.

What Can I Say?, I don't know what I can say about these guys. Maybe some of the most honest, helpful mechanics I have ever met. I took my first bike here. My friend gave it to me for free, but it was in pieces. This shop put the bike back together, told me what the costs were up front, didn't give me any surprises, and brought a 15yr old bike up to Virginia Safety standards. When it had problems later on from old wiring, they fit me into a crammed schedule and have me back on the road in a few days.After the summer, I decided to upgrade my bike and brought my new (2011) Honda Fury into the shop for a 8/12k tune-up. They identified some dry-rot in the front tire that the Safety Inspector missed... probably saved my life.I won't take my bike anywhere else.

Fantastic!, This dealership is fantastic. Everyone here is very helpful and a pleasure to talk to. It's very easy to become a regular here, and get on a first name basis with everyone. The parts department is incredibly knowledgeable, well managed, and has top notch customer service. The repair department is incredibly helpful. They will even swap me bucket shims when I can't wait for them to be mailed! They'll give you good advice about anything you bring to them. I do my own repairs and maintenance (I was a motorcycle repair tech at another shop) but I still trust their opinion. If you haven't been to one of their open house events yet, you should go. They're always a blast.

Thoughtful, Professional; Always Putting The Customer First!, Re-Posted from Yelp: Spent a good bit of time at MHKS today looking at a Honda CTX 1300 and Kawasaki Versys. Told my salesman, David, I hadn't made up my mind on which bike to get and asked if he'd run the numbers on both with my trade-in as well as financing options. With over 20 motorcycles sales under his belt, Dave, told me it'd be no problem to help me get the numbers to make the best decision. While Dave was running the numbers with Danielle, the finance guru; Tom, the MHKS sales manager conducted a review of my 2012 Kawasaki Voyager to determine its trade-in value. I did my homework ahead of time, so was pleased to see it jived close to Tom's estimate. After thoroughly explaining to me how he arrived at that figure, Tom was willing to negotiate with me on the value of my trade-in. After Dave broke out the numbers for the two motorcycles, he discussed with me my primary useage and it helped me to understand that while the Versys was a cool solid bike; it would be less suitable for my daily commute -- particularly based on the seat height and my leg length. Once the rain let up, Dave did up the paperwork for me to test ride the CTX. After a good 40 minute long ride, I realized it was not the bike for me. I felt really bad coming back to tell Dave and Tom that after all their hard work, the test ride clearly demonstrated that while the CTX was a fun bike, it wasn't the right bike for me. I apologized for taking up so much of their time and deciding not to buy a bike.Both Dave and Tom made it a point to tell me they're more interested in selling motorcycles that completely satisfy their customers' desires. Clearly, that's why I bought my Boulevard and Voyager from MHKS, and is the reason why I'll stop by MHKS if they call to say they might have a bike I'd be interested in, since I fully trust that the MHKS team has my best interests as a rider at heart!

Can't Say Enough!, I have been to this shop with my Suzuki GSX1250FA at every maintenance interval since I bought it and for aftermarket parts installations as well. I can't say enough about how honest, skilled, and accomodating the service department staff are. They are top notch and will always steer you in the right direction instead of try to make a quick buck off of you. Their work has always been impeccable. They're not careless and they don't take shortcuts. I have also taken several friends to them for service who have also had great experiences similar to mine. I have tried other shops in the NOVA area long ago, but there's a reason I now drive past Falls Church and Woodbridge to get to Manassas so I can have people that I can actually trust work on my bike.

Service Was Great, Thanks Greg, Nathan, and Mr. Tech guy at Manassas Honda, Kawasaki, and Suzuki. You changed the drive pulleys on my Vulcan 900, and when the belt chirped away the next day (not unusual after a pully change), you worked on it until you got it right. That's service. I'll take my bike to you guys any time.

The Bike Is Running Excellent Now!, Recently had my 2013 Fury in for the 600 mile valve adjustment. After attempting the work myself and stripping an exhaust valve locknut I didn't want to mess with it any further. So I ordered the parts needed and scheduled my service. They are a busy shop so it took a bit to get my bike in but if was well worth the wait! The bike is running excellent now and I feel whole again! They even did some complementary checks that are part of the 600 mile service and I'm very appreciative for their time and also super happy with the price for the valve work! I will definitely be back for any future work.

Experienced!, I took my bike here to get service. I have used various NoVA shops in the past and had bad experiences. I usually take the time and perform all maintenance myself, but being super busy lately I thought I would give MHK a shot. Greg makes the experience worth every penny. Friendly, and able to make recommendations that aren't pushy and are genuinely needed. I was able to drop off on a Saturday and pickup Monday afternoon. Greg kept me informed throughout the whole process and had my bike back to perfect shape exactly when promised. I will definitely recommend MHK to all my friends and anyone else who asks. Great Staff And No Hassle Sales, They were prompt with responding to my questions by email before I even showed up in-person. NO PRESSURE, I bought a 2011 Honda shadow Phantom motorcycle from this shop. They were very helpful and didn't pressure me into picking out a bike. The sales guy was very nice compared to the Harley Davidson shop in Mclean where they were completely rude to me. I've been in the shop several times to get my motorcycle tuned up and the service crew are really friendly. They've even give me some suggestions which have been very useful for the maintenance of my motorcycle.

GENUINE HONEST STRAIGHT FORWARD, I bought 2 bikes from ManassasHKS. Overall experience was good, I like the staff there. Especially Greg in service department is experienced. The guy is genuine honest and straight forward. I had back-throttle problem with my VEE an towed my bike to Coleman. They just reconnected the hose and done. On the other hand, I encountered Greg for recent inspection, told him the problem I had, he initiated the call to Suzuki Rep to get approval for ECU and spark plugs replacement for my bike. EXTREMELY FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEDGEABLE, The only reason I will give 4 stars instead of 5 here is because the paperwork and delivery process took much longer than promised after I had been specifically assured that it would take no longer than 20 to 30 minutes. The sales staff was extremely friendly and knowledgable especially my sales girl Elyse. Greeted me immediately unlike any of the other dealerships I had visited and was able to answer all of my questions promptly. As this was a first bike purchase for me, I was back and forth with a lot of questions, and Elyse always called me back immediately or answered my emails very quickly. If she didn't know the answer she immediately asked someone else. Having been in customer service for 20+ years, I was very impressed. I can't review the service dept as of yet, because I have not had to take my bike in for maintenance. If I am well taken care of however, I will make the 30 mile drive.

BOUGHT MY NEW BIKE, Bought a new bike here recently. I thought they were pretty good overall. The experience took forever and of course they will undervalue your trade-in, but I've had worse dealership experiences. They have a good selection of bikes in stock from 3 of the 4 big Japanese makes (excluding Yamaha), and everyone there was friendly and reasonably accommodating. They should probably have their guys calm the hell down with hooning the bikes in the (very small) parking lot, though. I stopped by to do some paperwork and look for a tank protector and about got hit by a helmetless employee who was hauling ass around a big trailer that created a blind turn.

AWESOME EXPERIENCE, Awesome experience buying a bike here, after getting a really raw deal from a previous dealership closer to home..I called these guys and see if they could save me some money. Ended up getting almost 1500.00 off the price that the other dealer offered and they didnt keep me waiting around. Chris from sales was awesome and the finance department was great too. We met the owner and she was really nice, great to see a family run business. The parts department was awesome as well, picked up a new helmet and some gear and they helped get me fitted and into the right stuff. I just set up an appointment to have an alarm put in my bike (yeah, i could do it myself but I never have time for tinkering) and my time is valuable. They were most helpful on the phone and set me up with an appointment fast.

BOTTOM PRICE UPFRONT, I was in the market for a new/used cruiser motorcycle and wanted to trade in my sports bike. I explored several local dealerships for bikes/options. This little dealership in Manassas ALWAYS gave me their bottom price up front for their inventory. No haggling, no gimmicks. I decided to buy a Kawasaki Vulcan Cruiser from another dealership and they put up a big fuss over any discounts on the sticker price (its winter time people! no one is really out there riding). I called Manassas Honda Kawasaki and asked for their price for the same model. Without haggling or pulling any punches they gave me their bottom line price over the phone, which was over $3,000 off the sticker price!! They even threw in a warranty and security system for an amazing discount and offered me nearly a $1,000 more for my trade in. Needless to say I went to Manassas Honda. When I told the other dealership what Manassas Honda was offering, they quickly changed their tune and said they can match that offer. No thanks....I prefer honesty over sales gimmicks. Also, Manassas Honda's sales staff are very knowledgeable and passionate about motorcycles, which makes a difference. If your in the market for a new/used motorcycle of any kind, I highly recommend you take a look at this dealership.

REFRESHING BREATH OF FRESH AIR, Manassas Honda Kawasaki Suzuki (MHKS) is a refreshing breath of fresh air. My bike died on me mid-ride and I was stranded on a kind stranger's farm. They towed my bike to the shop (for cheaper than AAA wanted) and fixed me up and good as new. Their service personnel are friendly and accommodating--they put up with me calling them incessantly to check on the status of my bike. They don't offer the fastest service in town (but they were admittedly fully booked and squeezing me in), but that's just a minor complaint. Would I go back? Definitely. They are definitely pricey (as all dealers are), but for any work that I can't do myself I wouldn't hesitate to give MHKS my business.

PREMIUM CHARGES, They charge a premium price on parts and labor! I mean $120 for an oil change ? Geez. I do my own work on my bike but I can't believe people actually pay that ? Oil changes are so easy. Messing with the fairings is the only real work.
